Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications

Are you an experienced outside sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing your own territory?

We're recruiting on behalf of an established, family-owned company that's continuing to grow throughout Nebraska. This is an excellent opportunity to inherit existing accounts, develop new business, and become the face of the company within your territory.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and grow an established Nebraska sales territory.
• Develop new business while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Call on contractors, equipment dealers, municipalities, aggregate producers, commercial agriculture, and industrial customers.
• Visit customer job sites and recommend solutions.
• Prepare quotes and follow opportunities through completion.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer activity.

Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Heavy equipment
• Construction
• Equipment dealerships
• Industrial distribution
• Wear parts
• Steel products
• Mining
• Aggregates
• Ground engaging tools (GET)
• Municipal equipment
• Related technical products

• Has experience managing a sales territory.
• Is comfortable prospecting for new business.
• Is organized and follows through on commitments.
• Is mechanically curious and enjoys solving customer problems.
• Works well independently.
• Wants to help build a growing Nebraska market.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications
• Uncapped commission plan
• Target First-Year Earnings: Approximately $85,000+, depending on performance
• Long-Term Earning Potential: Opportunity to earn well into six figures as the territory grows
