• Experience in critical care nursing
• Competency in using EMR (Cerner)
• Unit-specific skills in CVICU, SICU, and MICU

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care tasks.
• Support the facility's CNO in ensuring high-quality nursing care.
• Manage resources effectively related to patient care.
