Job Title: Order Entry / Customer Support Specialist
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Pay Rate: $22.00-23.00/hour

We are currently seeking a skilled Order Entry / Customer Support Specialist to support our growing operations in Alpharetta, GA . This essential role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys building relationships with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter customer orders with a strong focus on detail and mathematical accuracy
Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries via Outlook and maintain the customer service inbox
Build rapport with our customer base and assist with sales-related tasks
Maintain organized filing of all order-related documents
Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure all customer requirements are met in a timely manner
Support and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Qualifications:

Prior Order Entry or B2B (Business-to-Business)customer service experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
ERP software experience is a plus
Strong math skills and a high degree of accuracy in data entry
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Critical thinker with the ability to solve problems independently
Self-motivated, dependable, and a strong team player
Flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of the day
