Job Description

Georgia Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, payroll administration, employee benefits, onboarding, compliance, and workforce support across our growing multi-location healthcare organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the complexities of healthcare HR, and can balance employee advocacy with strong business and financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess the confidence to negotiate aggressively and strategically on behalf of the organization to ensure competitive benefits and cost-effective insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Human Resources

\n

\n
• Manage day-to-day HR operations for a multi-site healthcare organization.
\n
• Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
\n
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
\n
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
\n
• Develop, review, update, and implement job descriptions to ensure roles accurately reflect responsibilities, qualifications, and organizational needs.
\n
• Assist leadership with employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
\n
• Manage leave administration, including FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and other protected leave programs.
\n

Payroll & Compensation

\n

\n
• Process and oversee payroll accurately and timely.
\n
• Manage payroll audits, deductions, garnishments, and tax reporting.
\n
• Coordinate compensation reviews and salary benchmarking.
\n
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations.
\n

\n

\n

Recruiting & Onboarding​

\n

\n
• Manage / coordinate recruitment efforts to include job postings, applicant screenings, interviews, and hiring processes.
\n
• Lead new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
\n
• Ensure completion and compliance of all employment documentation.
\n

\n

\n

Benefits & Insurance Administration

\n

\n
• Administer employee benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans.
\n
• Serve as primary liaison between employees, insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
\n
• Manage open enrollment and employee benefit education.
\n
• Assist employees with benefit questions and claims resolution.
\n

Compliance & Reporting

\n

\n
• Manage required reporting and compliance activities.
\n
• Maintain I-9 compliance and employment eligibility verification.
\n
• Prepare and submit federal and state employment reports.
\n
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reviews as needed.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Minimum ​3 years of ​Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
\n
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
\n
• Experience administering employee benefits programs.
\n
• ​Multi-location workforce management experience.
\n
• Experience negotiating benefits and managing vendors.
\n
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
\n
• ​Proficiency with Microsoft Office​,​ Adobe, payroll systems​, etc​
