Medical Facilities of America are seeking a driven customer service professional to join our growing team as a P ayroll Coordinator in our Roanoke, VA office.

This role requires an energetic individual with a strong focus on customer service, excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate must also have excellent organization skills, be able to handle confidential information, and have demonstrated track record of working individually and collaboratively with other members of the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review timekeeping data for payroll processing

• Submit facility funding and enter new 401(k) deferrals each pay cycle

• Verify that all garnishments and tax levies are accurately entered for processing; distribute garnishment payments following payroll completion

• Generate and review all required reports across applicable systems

• Audit payroll prior to preview release for approval, ensuring all

Qualified candidates will have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

• Strong detail orientations with a high degree of accuracy in work

• Demonstrated excellent time management and organizational skills

• Flexibility to work extended hours

• Reliable ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Self-motivated and resourceful

• High School diploma or equivalent
