Call Center Representative Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Location: Downtown (Onsite – parking provided) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Job Summary We are currently seeking experienced Call Center Representatives to handle inbound calls in a professional office environment. This role focuses on assisting callers with tax-related questions while maintaining strict confidentiality standards. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls related to tax inquiries Provide accurate information and assist callers professionally Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve caller concerns Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all compliance requirements Qualifications Required: Resume must clearly reflect prior call center experience Preferred call center background in a professional setting (not retail-based) Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Must successfully complete a background check and fingerprinting Additional Information Onsite position located downtown Parking is provided Full-time weekday schedule #J-18808-Ljbffr Westaff
