We're hiring a Demand Generation Manager to scale marketing programs and further enable the growth of ZBD's business development pipeline for the mobile and PC/console industry. This role will develop and execute demand gen strategies, working closely with the commercial org (marketing and business development) to drive qualified leads into the pipeline, nurture them, and ultimately contribute to quarterly lead and revenue goals. You will report to the SVP, Marketing.

What You'll Do
- Build and deploy full-funnel demand gen campaigns (paid and owned) targeting game publishers from top-tier account lists.
- Turn conference presence (GDC, Gamescom, PGC, etc.) into pipeline growth through pre-event account targeting, post-event nurturing, and potential on-site support.
- Own the content marketing strategy, including gated content and SEO efforts, to drive qualified leads through ZBD's owned channels (i.e. the ZBD website).
- Experiment with paid ads, partnerships, sponsorships, and account-based marketing to test, learn, and optimize the demand gen playbook for maximum impact.
- Partner with commercial leaders to align demand gen efforts with the BD strategy, identify new opportunities, and achieve marketing-attributed revenue targets.
- Own demand gen reporting including CAC, funnel conversion, pipeline velocity, and campaign ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and BD teams to understand buyer personas, achieve operational excellence, and contribute to a unified, high-converting GTM strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in B2B marketing with experience executing a wide variety of demand generation initiatives.
- Proven lead-gen track record and fluency in best practices across lead-gen tactics, nurture flows, SQL handoff, and sales alignment.
- Data-driven and performance-oriented: comfortable owning attribution and funnel metrics, and thinking in terms of qualified pipeline and revenue, not just high-level impressions.
- Games industry expertise (mobile and/or PC/console) with a real understanding of how publishers buy tools and services for their gaming infrastructure.
- Experience at a gaming-related fintech or ad tech company is a plus.
