That breaks the scammers' business model and helps to expose their real identities. What You'll Do

Own Paid Search And Paid Social

Run our Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns end to end: account structure, keywords, bidding, audiences, ad copy, and conversion tracking. These channels need regular, hands-on attention, and keeping that rhythm is a core part of this job. You'll manage the budget, test relentlessly, and drive awareness and pipeline more efficiently every month.

Build And Run Email Campaigns And Nurture Programs

Take email programs from idea to send: new asset launches, post-event follow-ups, and topical nurture tracks triggered by what people engage with (someone downloads our retail fraud guide, a short retail-specific sequence kicks off to help them raise their hand). You'll shape the touches, sharpen the copy, and build the campaigns yourself, including segmentation, workflows, emails, forms, and landing pages. You'll help build the narratives and stories that connect our product to the people we serve, measure what converts, and bring your own ideas for what we should build next.

Own The Goals And The Reporting

Set channel-level targets, own them publicly, and report on performance against pipeline, not just clicks. You'll build the reporting rhythm that tells us what's working, what isn't, and where the next dollar should go.

What You'll Bring

• 3 to 5 years of B2B demand generation or digital marketing experience with hands-on campaign ownership
• Direct experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, including budget ownership and optimization
• The ability to build campaigns in HubSpot yourself: segmentation, workflows, nurture logic, emails, forms, and landing pages
• Working familiarity with Salesforce: campaigns, reporting, and how marketing activity connects to pipeline
• A track record of setting targets and hitting them, with the reporting to prove it
• Startup pace. You've worked somewhere lean, you self-start, and you don't wait for a brief
• Comfort working with AI tools as part of your daily workflow, and curiosity about doing more with them
• Clear, direct communication. You can explain what happened, why, and what you're doing about it in plain language
• Comfort across our stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Semrush, GA4, Claude

Bonus Points

• Experience marketing to security, fraud, or risk buyers
• SEO/SEM experience, and familiarity with where search is heading (GEO/AEO)
• Experience managing external agencies or vendors

You don't need to come from cybersecurity. Some of the best ideas in our space are going to come from outside it.
