Sales Recruiter

Location: Chicago, IL 60607 / New York, NY 10007 Duration: 6 Months Rate: $55/hr W2 Description: We are seeking an exceptional Contract Recruiter to support our Sales hiring efforts. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams and help deliver a high-quality recruiting experience from kickoff through close. You will bring a strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and a deep commitment to identifying top talent. What You’ll Do: Own the full-cycle recruiting process for sales roles, from intake and sourcing through interview coordination, offer management, and close. Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive recruiting strategy for open sales requisitions. Lead and facilitate key recruiting steps such as kickoff meetings, sourcing sessions, hiring strategy discussions, and panel preparation. Build strong relationships with hiring teams and ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the recruiting process. Proactively monitor recruiting performance and use data such as time in stage, conversion rates, and offer activity to identify trends and opportunities. Analyze hiring data and generate actionable insights to improve recruiting effectiveness and decision-making. What you Bring: Recruiting experience in sales/commerical organizations Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategy. Comfort using recruiting data to manage pipeline health and guide decisions. Strong judgment around prioritization, candidate evaluation, and process improvement.
