Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and helping hire qualified candidates across a range of positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong computer skills, including email, Excel, Google Sheets, and Word
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Filing and general office organization
- Willingness to assist with maintaining a clean and organized office
- Ability to drive occasionally to client locations
- Flexibility to work additional hours and weekends as needed
- Willingness to learn
- Staffing experience is preferred but not required
- The recruiter must be flexible to stay later during the week when needed to fill open orders. The position also requires being on call every other weekend and working weekends as needed.
