Entry Level: $19.00 per hour Experienced: Pay based on experience!## Job Description

We are currently hiring Entry-Level and Experienced Welders for multiple opportunities in Ponca City, OK. We are seeking candidates with experience in, or willingness to learn, a variety of welding processes including MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux Core, and other welding techniques .

All applicants must be able to pass a weld test as part of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux Core, and other welding processes according to company and customer specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, measurements, and welding symbols to complete projects accurately.
Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and compliance with required standards.
Safely operate welding equipment, hand tools, grinders, and other fabrication tools while following all safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial settings.
Entry-level and experienced welders are welcome to apply; candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to pass a weld test.
