Your Role
As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be a vital link between Sales and Operations—helping streamline priority orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and maintaining high-touch customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with fulfillment, shipping, and logistics teams to expedite order processing
• Communicate clearly with customers via email, phone, or chat
• Audit order entries for accuracy and compliance
• Follow inventory control procedures and best practices
• Own continuous improvement and uphold high standards at every step
• Balance priorities, workflow, and changing needs with flexibility and initiative
• Work independently yet collaboratively in a team environment
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools
