Standard work schedule is 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Friday. Schedule is subject to change based on day-to-day needs. Job Duties To perform assigned duties relative to the care, upkeep, and security of college property, including all phases of maintenance and cleaning of buildings and grounds; other duties as assigned. May occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED, plus one year of related experience. Preferred Qualifications In addition to minimum requirements, maintenance/custodial experience in a commercial setting is preferred.
