Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing licensed therapists to deliver services from the comfort of their own home, which enhances flexibility and work-life balance. Working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, our therapists engage with clients through secure electronic health platforms tailored to provide efficient and impactful mental health services. You will receive comprehensive support from our clinical team, ensuring a collaborative approach to therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 100% telehealth sessions, effectively using digital platforms to connect with children, teens, young adults, and their families.

• Develop, implement, and periodically revise treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client needs.

• Regularly meet with clients and their families to provide counseling, ensuring that therapeutic approaches align with each individual’s goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including other therapists and medical staff, to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to both clinical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on treating diverse populations, including children and adolescents experiencing challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other behavioral health issues. Our approach centers around family-based interventions, ensuring that therapy is inclusive, considering the needs and dynamics of family systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or relevant equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing therapy, particularly with children and adolescents.
\n
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities, especially in conducting cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) through virtual platforms.

• Experience in managing and treating various pediatric mental health conditions, including but not limited to ADHD, anxiety, and PTSD.
