Student Services/Operations Leader

The Beauty Institute

The Beauty Institute- Stroudsburg, a growing cosmetology school, is looking to expand our team at our Stroudsburg, PA campus. The Student Services/Operation Leader position includes the following responsibilities:

Assists School Director in the overall leadership and operations of the school.
Assists students (incoming/current) with financial aid and payment plans.
Process paperwork, maintain and organize student’s financial aid records/files.
Manage school office functions, including kit/supplies ordering, student payments, and bank deposits.
Perform general student services, including record keeping and attendance tracking.
Oversee facility and equipment maintenance.
Support the school administration and Director, as needed.

Effectively prioritize multiple tasks/projects
Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Demonstrate upbeat, professional conduct towards students, co-workers and school patrons at all times.
