Responsibilities
The Client Support Specialist provides community-based services to support children, adolescents, and adults in achieving and maintaining rehabilitative progress. This role focuses on helping individuals with mental health diagnoses build coping skills, improve daily functioning, and increase self-sufficiency. Responsibilities include connecting clients to community resources, developing independent living skills, and supporting long-term stability and recovery.
- Serve as clinical lead for the IFI treatment team, providing supervision and guidance to team members.
- Deliver intensive, in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families.
- Implement the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model with fidelity, including facilitating interventions across all four phases.
- Complete all required documentation, fidelity tools, and participate in ongoing supervision and model reviews.
- Achieve FCT certification and complete all required trainings within established timeframes to maintain program eligibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work or human services field.
