Some of the benefits of joining our team are:Competitive Pay.Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, generous PTO and paid holidays, uniforms, and much more.Exposure to world-class CAT training and development.A friendly and supportive work environment.Continuous exposure to learning and new technologiesOpportunities for advancementResponsibilitiesMaintain, diagnose and repair a variety of heavy equipment, such as: Off-highway Trucks, Compactors, Dozers, Excavators, Wheel and Backhoe Loaders, Graders, Skid Steer Loaders and Telehandlers.Accurately disassemble, inspect, determine parts needed and reassemble to factory specificationsAccurately perform preventive maintenance, test equipment and conduct inspections to ensure proper operationOperate lifting devicesOrder, exchange and return parts for assigned jobs in timely mannerDemonstrate proper use of service information systemsComplete service reports and all other paperwork accurately and on-timePerforms all tasks by adhering to and following all applicable and required safety standards and procedures at all timesEnsure total customer service through direct customer interactions.May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 1 year-experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing diesel equipmentKnowledge of troubleshooting techniques and proper repair procedures.Able to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics, operating and maintenance service manuals.Working knowledge of equipment operation and associated operating systems.Ability to operate lifting devices.Ability to use diagnostic equipmentFamiliarization of electronic cables, connections, and sensors.A demonstrated commitment to accuracy, organization and ability to prioritize tasks is required.Previous experience on CAT equipment is a plus. Working Conditions The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside (non-climate controlled) and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous materials.Job requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.Physical use of a broad variety of tools and machines in order to maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment.Must be able to lift varied weight.Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.Use of computer and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.
