Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and various other disciplines, adhering to established procedures.
• Verify results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Facilitate specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Meticulously document all laboratory processes, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining high-quality lab standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe laboratory environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, paired with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment with us.
