• Contribute to specimen collection and prepare samples for examinations when required.
• Document all procedures meticulously, mentor newcomers or students, and uphold the standards of lab quality.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your employment.
