Schedule
Monday - Friday
7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Potential for rotating weekend coverage
Cases may occasionally extend beyond scheduled hours to 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM
No call required at this time
Practice Setting
Hospital-based surgical assist role
No outpatient clinic responsibilities
Assisting in the operating room on surgical cases only
Facility will accept multiple providers
Surgical Specialties Covered
General Surgery (highest priority)
Orthopedics
Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN)
Urology
ENT (Otolaryngology)
Case Volume
Average of 90-110 scheduled, non-urgent cases per week
Daily surgical volume ranges from 10-30 cases
Support Staff
Surgeon
Scrub Technician
Circulating Registered Nurse
CRNA
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
Active Georgia license required
IMLC accepted
BLS required
EMR
Epic
