Job Title: Technical Lead

Job Description:


1 Bachelor's-level degree from a recognized college or university in an IT-related or Engineering field. Alternatively, qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Associated DQ: Master's or Doctorate.


2 A minimum of five (5) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Associated DQ: Six (6) or more years of experience; four (4) or more years in lead capacity.


3 A minimum of three (3) years of progressively complex experience and intermediate-level skill in analysis, design, programming, and testing. Associated DQ: Four (4) or more years of experience.


4 A minimum of two (2) years of experience developing, testing or maintaining large management information applications. Associated DQ: Three (3) or more years of experience.
