WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Lead and develop a team of 4
- Report directly to the owner, with no layers in between
- Month-end close and job costing
- The 13-week cash-flow forecast the owner uses to steer the company
- AR/AP, audit and tax readiness
- Selection and rollout of new ERP / job-cost software
YOU MIGHT BE READY IF
- You've hit the ceiling where you are

WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years accounting experience
- 3+ years leading a team
- Month-end close
- Job costing
- Advanced Excel
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
NICE TO HAVE
- QuickBooks, Sage, Viewpoint, Foundation or similar ERP
- Construction, building materials, manufacturing or distribution background
- ERP implementation
- Unit cost accounting
- CPA
