Data Analyst

This role will build sustainable analytical solutions to present complex data as valuable insight. They will use cutting edge technology, work alongside team members on forward looking projects with a primary focus on helping patients. They will work closely with product, business, and data engineering teams to help transform business requirements into high value products. Successful candidate will help lead the way in shaping scalable analytical data models and insight driven visualizations.

Requirements:

• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into scalable Power BI solutions.
• Provides thought leadership in visualizing data as a trusted developer.
• Influence product direction with requirements review and provide recommendations to product owners.
• Effectively and accurately analyze data and situations requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and multiple sources and communicate conclusions and insights from analysis through a variety of reports, charts, and visualizations.
• Assists with the investigation and statement of problems.
• Provides assistance in documenting current business processes and models.
• Generates routine and ad hoc reports.

Skills:

• Strong Knowledge of Power BI, Python, TSQL, M, and DAX functions.
• Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Databricks is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Innovative thinker and problem-solver; capable of developing new and creative ways of solving complex problems using data.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills; effective team player.

Experience/Education:

• BS or BA or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years of Power BI experience.
• 4+ years of SSRS and/or TSQL experience.
• 2+ years of Python experience.
