Your Role and Responsibilities:

Proactively follow up with team-provided leads to maximize conversion rates.
Conduct professional buyer and seller consultations to connect clients with their ideal homes.
Organize and host engaging open houses to showcase our listings throughout the NWA corridor.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster future referral business.
Utilize your comprehensive local knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and market conditions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Active Arkansas Real Estate License (Strictly Required).

Job Type: Full-time, 1099 Contractor

Pay: $48,226.00 to $196,492.00+ per year (Commission based)
