ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Financial Services Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nasima Moody - State Farm Agent, you will successfully market the financial products that manage everyday risks. Your proficient knowledge of financial products reinforces your sales-minded and consultative approach to educating customers on their financial options. Your analytical precision makes you an invaluable resource to customers and a competitive addition to a successful agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage. 
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound calls. 
• Follow up with prospects and customers to build long-term relationships. 
• Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products. 
• Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and assist customers through the sales process. 
• Meet individual and team sales goals while providing excellent customer service. 
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency procedures. 
• Stay current on insurance products, licensing requirements, and industry changes. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication skills
• Sales or customer-facing experience
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
