Estimator

This position is responsible for developing and managing relationships with both current and new customers to draft roof proposals in compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Include: Developing and maintaining work relationships with owners, General Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and beyond Providing consistent communication with clientele Providing advice, knowledge, and experienced insight to meet customers needs Performing roof estimates on different types of construction projects Conducting site visits to obtain accurate roof estimates by evaluating roof plans and verifying measurements Drafting accurate, detailed proposals Partnering with other essential functions of the company Attend industry network events including participating in expos and trade shows Minimum Qualifications: Education: Minimum High School Graduate 2-3 years of commercial construction experience Proficient with estimating and construction management software, such as The Edge Estimating system and Bluebeam Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Oral and written communication skills Benefits Include: Profit Sharing Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Paid Time Off Referral Program
