Maintenance Tech

Maintenance Technician IWinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Amory Terrace, a 64-unit affordable housing community located in Roxbury, MA. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.
