Our team of 11,000+ colleagues from around the globe are vital to our success and the reason we're able to push boundaries in pursuit of better human health.This position will work onsite at our Boston office until the site relocates to Hopkinton, MA in August 2026.Core Duties And ResponsibilitiesPerform product manufacturing and packaging according to established procedures.Support general lab functions, setup, calibration and maintenance of equipment.Production records and test data will be review by senior chemists or supervision.Perform transactions using ERP systems.Train peers in manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOP's) and operation of equipment.Produce products under quality standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and class A manufacturing principles.Work safely and in compliance with all applicable company, federal and local regulations.Additional ResponsibilitiesWork may involve the handling of radioactive, hazardous or biological materials. Must have adequate training to safely handle these materials and work safely under laboratory rules and SOPs.May include participation in procedure drafting, revision and process improvement.May require performing tasks following cGMP guidelines.May review peers batch records and data for accuracy.May require participation in inventory ordering, receipt/warehousing and control of raw materials reagents, product and lab supplies including cycle counting.May participate in the investigation, recording and implementation of product deviations or CAPA systems.May participate in new product transfer.Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED and 2-4+ years of manufacturing experience.OR Associate degree in a STEM discipline.Preferred QualificationsBasic lab and computer skills.Attention to detail and follows instructions.Physical RequirementsAble to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.Compensation RangeThe annual hourly pay range for this full-time position is $23.00 - $30.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company.
