Compensation Package

• Annual salary ranging from $465,600 to $465,600, plus a 20% incentive for evening shifts

Emergency Department Overview:

• 19 beds with approximately 22,000 visits annually

• Team of 8 Emergency Medicine Physicians, supported by Advanced Practice Providers and Registered Nurses

• Flexible scheduling featuring 12-hour shifts (10-11 shifts per month), with some dual coverage during daytime hours

• 1.0 FTE equates to 1556 hours per year

• Designated as a Level 3 trauma center

• Emergency Medical Services are integrated and managed within the department

• Convenient access to specialists across all disciplines

• Onsite Obstetrics and Psychiatry, along with case management services

• Telestroke and Teleneurology services available

• Utilization of EPIC electronic medical records

• Diverse patient population with a wide range of cases

• Join a nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and integrated service lines

• Utilize DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool that integrates with Epic, to streamline workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and signature

Required Training and Experience

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
