Sr Data Analyst, Marketing

Role Description

• Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in driving MQLs.
• Support development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Support A/B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and website performance.
• Develop Learning plans that allow for systemic improvement in website performance.
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics and provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive reports on marketing performance and ROI.
• Ability to tell a story through the analysis of data.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align on data requirements and insights.
• Partner with technology and product teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct weekly/monthly meetings focused on reviewing weekly/monthly performance of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience.
• 2+ years of digital analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email).
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Experience with statistical modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Analysis or a quantitative discipline, or similar experience.
• Background in data science helpful but not required.
• Certification in SQL/Python and/or R a plus.
