About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of FP&A to join its finance leadership team. This pivotal role involves leading FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities, as well as partnering closely with the CFO and leadership team on financial performance and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing monthly reporting, variance analysis, and financial planning, and must be adept at managing and developing a team. A key aspect of the role is to help improve financial processes, reporting, and forecasting capabilities, and to ensure that priorities and deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced environment. Applicants for the Head of FP&A position at the company should have approximately 8-15 years' of accounting/finance experience, with a strong background in financial reporting and solid FP&A experience. Manufacturing experience is required, and experience in a PE-backed environment is a plus. The role demands a professional with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and a hands-on, responsive, and highly accountable approach. A CPA and/or relevant accounting background is preferred, and the company is open to considering a strong Manager ready to step into a Director-level role or an established Director.
