Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Governance: Maintain robust internal controls, manage regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions, and partner with leadership to mitigate operational and financial risks.
• Planning & Advanced Analytics: Direct annual budgeting, long-range forecasting, and performance modeling to identify growth opportunities and safeguard bottom-line financial health.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with operational, sales, IT, and actuarial teams to align commercial execution with underwriting, pricing, and risk management goals.
• Process Automation & Systems Optimization: Drive modern accounting workflows, lead financial system upgrades, and enhance data integrity to build scalable, high-efficiency infrastructure.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and manage the accounting staff, fostering a culture of high accountability, continuous learning, and ethical operational standards.
• Role Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, an active CPA (MBA preferred), and 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with 7+ years managing teams in complex environments.
