Intake Specialist

Job Description Employee Relations Consultant Responsibilities Receive inbound calls and conduct case intake from a queue for 6-8 hours per day. Provide consultation on general policy questions and drive resolution for less complex cases. Identify cases requiring escalation and complete required documentation. Answer basic questions and refer managers to the correct Employee Relations tools or resources as needed. Complete intake form and tracker; set up case in case management system; expect 15 minutes per intake. Required Skills Ability to quickly build rapport, ask probing questions, and take thorough notes while talking to inquirers. Strong time management in controlling calls in a fast‑paced environment. Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail for case management system. Desired Skills Call center experience, specifically intake.
