Senior Accountant

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payments, collections, and reconciliations. Perform general ledger activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, financial schedules, and maintenance of accounting records. Monitor cash flow, process bank transactions, deposits, and transfers. Prepare financial reports, account analyses, audit documentation, tax filings, and compliance-related documents. Support payroll processing, including timekeeping review and biweekly payroll administration. Maintain job costing records, analyze project costs, and prepare job cost reports. Manage administrative accounting functions, including reporting, inventory tracking, HOA coordination, and customer/vendor communication. Provide general office support, including answering phones, scheduling, and assisting visitors. Qualifications Degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with general ledger, job costing, and intercompany accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized accounting systems; SAGE experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
