Assist in assessing organizational impacts, stakeholder readiness, and process changes. Coordinate communication efforts, including project updates, FAQs, and leadership materials. Support end‑user training logistics, develop training materials, and track training completion. Maintain project documentation, facilitate meetings, and support go‑live activities. Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise system implementations. Experience supporting organizational change management activities for large‑scale technology deployments. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
