This role will primarily take place in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while also facilitating work-life balance. As part of our outpatient office framework, you will engage in virtual therapy sessions, utilizing secure and user-friendly platforms to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing various psychological issues and enhancing relationships.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' needs to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and circumstances.

• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based interventions, to promote personal insight and foster healing.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure timely documentation and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, integrating feedback and expertise from other mental health professionals, when necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development through regular training sessions, supervisorial feedback, and self-reflective practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mindful Retreat Mental Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse clientele spanning various age groups, backgrounds, and presenting concerns. Our clients may be experiencing relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. Your expertise and compassionate approach will help them navigate these challenges, ultimately striving for improved emotional health and relationship satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services.

• Proven proficiency in diagnostic assessment and the development of effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
