Main responsibilities: Strategic LeadershipDesign and execute best-in-class distribution models ensuring seamless product access via wholesalers, specialty pharmacies, and channel partnersSpearhead successful product launches and ongoing commercialization efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teamsDevelop and implement strategic distribution plans for both active and pipeline productsIdentify critical risk areas and develop effective mitigation strategiesPartnership ManagementEstablish and nurture strategic relationships with specialty pharmacies, wholesalers/distributors, and channel partnersOptimize contracts, performance metrics, and service levels across distribution networksServe as the internal subject matter expert and primary point of contact on all distribution and trade-related issues within the USOperational ExcellenceLead inventory management, product allocation, and order fulfillment strategiesMonitor and communicate trade inventory status, service level performance, and key performance indicatorsEnsure efficient execution of day-to-day channel operations with predictable performanceMaintain compliance with all implemented agreements and regularly adjust activities as neededCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Market Access, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to establish resources and tools supporting organizational objectivesContribute to gross-to-net planning, pipeline assessments, returns risk evaluations, and leadership business reviewsEnsure alignment with strategic priorities and financial targets across departmentsTeam LeadershipProvide effective leadership to direct reports and cross-functional teamsFoster personnel development and optimize resource allocationEnsure compliant and productive activities that drive operational excellenceAbout You Required QualificationsB.A. or B.S. Degree with concentration in business administration, finance, marketing is preferred.
