Are you a fast-fingered keyboard whiz who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team! If you enjoy staying focused, working in a structured setting, and happen to have experience with TMS/Citrix or Parascript data entry systems (a great bonus, but not required!), we would love to meet you!

salary: $17 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5 PM - 2 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsible for high-speed, accurate alpha and numeric data entry in a fast-paced, strictly regulated operational environment.

Available Schedules:

Fri-Tues 5P-2A and Sat 6P-12A     OR Fri-Mon 8A-6:30P

• Data Entry & Processing: Perform rapid and precise entry of both alpha and numeric data while meeting strict production standards of 8,500+ keystrokes per hour at 90% accuracy.
• Operational Execution: Carry out continuous keyboarding tasks, which may require sitting for the duration of the entire shift to perform repetitive data entry operations.
• Software & Systems: Apply basic Microsoft Office proficiency to daily tasks and workflows.
• Specialized Systems (Preferred): Leverage experience with advanced or specialized data entry platforms, such as TMS/Citrix or Parascript systems, to support efficient processing.

The essential functions of this role include:
