Senior Analyst (RevOps, Field Planning and Performance)

CoreWeave is seeking an exceptional Sr Analyst, RevOps - Field Planning and Performance. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategic insight — ideal for someone passionate about uncovering what drives high performance in a sales organization and turning that insight into action You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, Sales Enablement, Data Engineering and Finance to analyze sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support the execution of strategic initiatives across the funnel This is a pivotal moment for CoreWeave, as we scale our revenue operations infrastructure to support our trajectory as a newly public AI hyperscaler. You will bring enterprise-grade operational rigor to our Global FIeld Organization while maintaining the startup mindset, agility, and innovation that defines CoreWeave Contribute to the development of GTM strategies for new product launches or market entries Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics across segments, verticals, and geographies Identify performance gaps at the rep, team, and regional level, and propose data-backed recommendations Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs that drive accountability Support territory and quota planning, coverage optimization, and segmentation strategies Conduct win/loss analysis, pipeline conversion studies, and sales cycle analysis to inform GTM motions Provide strategic insights for QBRs, forecast reviews, and executive reporting Collaborate with Sales Enablement to identify rep skill gaps and training opportunities based on performance data Use AI tools (LLMs, AI copilots, workflow automation) to accelerate analysis, reporting, and forecasting, and help build a next-generation, AI-driven RevOps function Build and maintain predictive forecasting and long-range revenue models, not just review forecasts Skills & Requirements AI-first by default: you already reach for AI tools to work faster and smarter, and you are excited to help reinvent how a RevOps team operates with AIStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh agency: you own outcomes, not tasks.
