What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to emergency Department patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and document care accurately
• Recognize and respond promptly to emergency situations
• Educate patients and families about care procedures and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards
• Uphold ethical standards and provide compassionate, patient-centered care

What You Need

• Current Michigan RN license
• At least 2 years of ER or acute care nursing experience
• BLS certification
• Excellent clinical assessment skills and ability to work under pressure

• Previous experience in a high-volume emergency department
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
