Guiding customers through the video production journey, the full-time Concierge Manager will oversee multiple video projects, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of services on a remote basis. Key responsibilities Oversee the production of video projects from quoting to publishing, ensuring smooth logistics and management Facilitate communication between customers and creators to resolve project-related issues and enhance service delivery Manage relationships with brands and ensure consistent delivery of services through established processes Required qualifications Extensive experience in video production management, including client management and project oversight Strong understanding of various video content types and the ability to identify production requirements Experience in content strategy and planning, with the ability to analyze market trends Hands-on experience with video creation hardware and software Exceptional organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
