We have an opportunity for a Supervisor of Concierge Services at our 5 star Community, Crane's Mill, in West Caldwell! This position is full-time from 8:30-5:00, offering a competitive pay range from $20-$22/hour, with robust benefits and paid time off!

Basic Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications: BS/BA degree preferred
Required: High School Diploma/GED
Skill(s): Customer Service Oriented, Telephone Etiquette, MS Office Suite;
Internet/Intranet
Experience: 2-3 years of varied experience preferred; familiarity with CCRC/resident relations; telephone systems
General Responsibilities:
• Participates as a team member by maintaining a positive, cooperative, and collaborative attitude with co-workers and supervisors.
• Implements and oversees all policies and procedures at Concierge desk.
• Fulfills other duties as assigned necessary for the efficient operation of the facility and organization.
