MPA is looking for an Admissions Coordinator - Customer Experience Concierge to join our incredible team!

Shift Hours: Full time - day shift

Admissions Coordinator Responsibilities :
Room readiness: Check that room is clean, bed is made, welcome packet present, door tag, armbands and all things working (television, phone, bed, remote)
Meet all new admissions at the door, greet them, and walk them to their room. Provide contact information to all new admissions upon arrival
Rounds on all admissions the next morning post admission and next five business days (continuous rounding)
Follow up on patient concerns in a timely manner to assure resolved to satisfaction.
Ask all new admissions if you can call their emergency contact to let them know that they arrived and provide family with your contact incase they need anything.
Round subacute unit 2x a day and spend extra time on fifth floor
Assist as admission directors back up as needed
Assist with tours
Complete Admissions agreements and keep compliance in check
Assist with obtaining reviews and testimonials upon discharge
Enter all patients requested into CRM
Respond to requests and communications from Admissions Director
