Concierge | Part Time

8227 Meadowbridge Road, Mechanicsville, Virginia 23116 Responsibilities Greet visitors, answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take accurate messages. Monitor walkie‑talkie, door security system, and fire panel as needed. Monitor resident sign‑in, sign‑out logs and visitor registration log; ensure building security. Complete administrative tasks such as filing and making copies. Fill out and log service request forms for residents and/or staff. Keep front desk and lobby area clean and neat. Sell meal tickets and process payroll deduction or personal checks. Attend in‑services and staff meetings as required. Assist with coordinating van schedule for residents. Follow confidentiality policies regarding release of resident information. Perform supportive office functions for all departments, including typing. Complete all other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Considerate, neat, well‑groomed, and professional appearance. Professional dress. Experience in administration functions. Polite and professional phone etiquette. Organized and able to work well as part of a team. Polite and considerate toward residents, visitors, co‑workers, and management. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to sit for extended periods. Ability to function effectively in a busy environment and multitask. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Attendance at all required in‑services and staff meetings.
