Shift Hours: PT 20 hours per week

Concierge Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships with patients ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.
- Represent the company with integrity and dedication.
- Checking in with all subacute new admissions on day 1, day 3, day 7, day 14
- Addressing and correcting any and all issues in real time
- Tracking and calculating any and all concerns and issues
