What You’ll Do:

• Stock in Inventory – Ensure accurate vehicle inventory records
• Maintain Floor Plan – Track and reconcile dealership financing transactions
• Posting Wholesale Transactions – Process wholesale vehicle sales and documentation
• Additional Duties as Assigned – Support the accounting team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Franchise Dealership Experience – Required for consideration
• Tekion Automotive DMS Knowledge – Preferred, but not required
• Detail-Oriented – Accuracy in data entry, reporting, and financial processing
• Strong Computer & Analytical Skills – Ability to work efficiently in accounting software
• Multi-Tasking Ability – Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
