We are seeking an experienced Program Leader to drive the delivery of strategic technology initiatives within our Financial Markets organization. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and risk, leading complex programs that support global financial products and treasury functions.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the suctessful execution of large-scale initiatives by partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and Risk & Compliance to deliver solutions that meet enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the suctessful execution of large-scale initiatives by partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and Risk & Compliance to deliver solutions that meet enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects within a portfolio, ensuring alignment to business and technology objectives
• Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
• Coordinate across business, technology, and control partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment
• Oversee program governance, including executive reporting, status communications, and regulatory deliverables
• Facilitate the intake and onboarding of new initiatives in accordance with enterprise change standards
• Monitor project health using data and tooling to track timelines, risks, budgets, and adherence to standards
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions, partnering closely with developers and architects
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, including change management, engineering, and architecture
• Ensure consistent communication of program status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership
