Product Specialist – Job Responsibilities Create a welcoming, professional experience for every guest from the moment they arrive. Help guests find the right vehicle by demonstrating features, benefits, and technology during test drives. Stay up to date on product knowledge, new model features, and manufacturer updates so you can confidently answer customer questions. Introduce guests to the technology and features of their new vehicle at delivery, making sure they feel comfortable before they leave. Follow up with guests after delivery to ensure they're happy with their purchase and answer any additional questions. Travel to customers' homes or other agreed-upon locations when needed to provide vehicle deliveries or product demonstrations. Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to provide a smooth, seamless customer experience. Make sure every vehicle is fully prepared and meets all delivery standards before the customer takes ownership. Transport vehicles between dealerships as needed. Help keep the new and used vehicle inventory clean, organized, and displayed according to dealership standards. Create and maintain vehicle key tags and other inventory-related materials.
