Automotive Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager to lead and oversee all dealership accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive background, exceptional leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of dealership accounting processes. Responsibilities include managing daily accounting office operations, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, reconciling schedules and general ledger accounts, ensuring compliance with manufacturer, state, and federal regulations, preparing monthly financial statements and reports, managing deal posting, funding, and inventory accounting, supervising and developing office staff, and assisting with audits and internal controls.

Qualifications include a minimum of 3-5 years of automotive dealership accounting experience, previous office manager or controller experience preferred, strong knowledge of dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds), excellent organizational and leadership skills, ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, basic understanding of titles, and a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
