**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front desk on weekends. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide exceptional customer service while performing various administrative tasks.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Provide basic and accurate information about the organization
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing **Schedule:**
